The plaintiff, William P. Zinn & Co., a corporation, filed its complaint herein to recover from the defendant, Shawnee Pottery Company, a Delaware corporation, a sum of money alleged to be due as commission upon a transaction whereby the plaintiff brought together the General Electric Company as lessee and the defendant, as lessor.
