This appeal presents an action arising out of a tragic traffic accident which happened on the morning of October 9, 1952, about 7:45 o'clock on U. S. Highway 61, on the north side of Bayou Manchac approximately twelve miles south of Baton Rouge. One of the vehicles involved was a Ford automobile owned by Julius C.
