O'CONNELL, Justice.
This is an employee's petition to review his incapacity under an original decree relating to an injury sustained May 3, 1952 and also to exceed the medical maximum under the workmen's compensation act, general laws 1938, chapter 300. After a hearing in the superior court a decree was entered denying and dismissing the petition, and from the entry of such decree petitioner has brought the instant appeal to this court.
