This is a suit in Admiralty for non-delivery of and damage to cargo. It was delivered to the S.S. "Alwaki" at Antwerp, Belgium, for transportation to Baltimore and ultimate delivery to libellant. The shipment consisted of 537 lifts, each weighing about one ton, of structural steel shapes, each about 30 feet long and with approximately 75 in each bundle.
