This is an appeal from a judgment awarding appellee, Eugene Monson, $997.37 for necessities purported to have been furnished and $7,820 for services alleged to have been rendered to Kate W. Victor, now deceased, during her lifetime. Twelve grounds are urged for reversal, but, since we conclude the judgment must be reversed for the reason hereinafter given and a new trial must be had, we shall confine our attention to answering only those questions...
