The appellee, a resident of New York, filed suit against the appellant, a Florida resident, under Section 742.011, Florida Statutes, F.S.A., to obtain a decree declaring that appellant is the father of her child, born out of wedlock in July, 1943, in the State of New York, and also for support for the child. The appellant's answer denied that he was the father of the child, and also alleged as a defense that the appellee's cause of action was barred...
