Plaintiffs petitioned the circuit court for a writ of mandamus to compel issuance of building permits to establish an additional trailer park in the township, which permits the defendant township had refused to issue because contrary to the zoning ordinance. After a hearing on the petition, the circuit court entered an order denying the application. Plaintiffs appeal.
