In this criminal prosecution the five above designated cases were consolidated for trial in the district court and are likewise consolidated for appellate review.

The parties agree a decision in any one case will determine the judgment in all of them. A jury was waived and the actions were tried by the court. It found defendants guilty and they have appealed. Omitting caption and introductory language...
