Tranum, the claimant, from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Lowndes County affirming an order of the Workmen's Compensation Commission denying his claim against Mitchell Engineering Company and its insurance carrier for compensation benefits under the Mississippi Workmen's Compensation Act.
