This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court in and for the City and County of San Francisco denying petitioner-appellant Dora C. Richmond's petition for writ of mandate. By the petition appellant was afforded review of a final administrative decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board that she did not have a valid claim for benefits under the California Unemployment Insurance Act.
