BARNS, Justice.

Upon this appeal we have reviewed all the rulings necessary to pass upon the grounds for reversal and find no error that affected the substantial rights of the appellant. The defendant has been found guilty of murder in the first degree with recommendations for mercy and a sentence of imprisonment for life has been imposed. The judgment appealed is affirmed.
