The complaint in this action in separate counts charged defendant with two violations of the ordinances of the city of Sioux Falls. The offense of driving while intoxicated is charged in Count One and reckless driving in Count Two. The verdict of the jury found defendant not guilty as to Count One and guilty as to Count Two.
