In this zoning case, the question of jurisdiction was raised at the hearing and the trial judge directed that that subject be argued before the court en banc prior to further proceedings upon the merits. After such argument and upon consideration of the authorities involved, we are of the opinion that the zoning board of adjustment had no jurisdiction.
