I. The defendant Fine has operated a ladies' ready-to-wear garment store on the ground floor at 5 Main Street, Keene, for about twenty-five years under his trade name of "The Royal." He is lessee of the premises. He has also carried on a fur business on other floors at the same address under the trade name "Royal Furriers."
