Carl Lwellyn and Beckham Williamson brought actions against their former employer, John Harmon, to recover the difference between the wages actually paid to them and the minimum wages claimed to be due in accordance with KRS 337.510 to 337.550, for work on three public road construction projects during the years 1949 and 1950.
