This action has been heard pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 2281 and § 2284.

Plaintiffs, who are respectively the owners of real estate situated in Cook, DuPage and Lake Counties, Illinois, by their complaint seek an injunction restraining the defendants, The Illinois State Toll Highway Commission and its members, and the attorney general of the state of Illinois, from taking any action by virtue of the Illinois Toll Highways...
