This suit was commenced by bill in chancery for recovery of an amount due for an attorney's fee and expenses in connection with certain legal work, and for a discovery and an accounting. The facts found by the chancellor, and abundantly supported by the evidence are that appellee, an attorney at law, was employed by appellant, an oil and gas royalty broker, on or about April 7, 1950, to do all the legal work necessary...
