This is an action under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346, 2674, to recover for injuries received by plaintiff bus driver when the vehicle he was operating was struck by an army truck. At the trial the defendant did not contest the plaintiff's evidence that the collision was the result of the negligent operation of the army truck and that the collision was the proximate cause of whatever injuries the plaintiff suffered...
