On the 30th day of November, 1951, Roy E. Evans, hereinafter called claimant, filed his first notice of injury and claim for compensation stating that on October 16, 1940, he sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment with Tulsa City Lines, Inc., employer, when he crushed his knee between the bumper of an incoming bus and a bus on which he was working in the repair shop.
