ROBERTS, Judge.

This is an action for an accounting incident to a farm lease. Hearing was had on the application of plaintiff for the appointment of a receiver at which hearing defendant appeared by counsel. The application was granted. Defendant answered, denied that he had violated terms of the lease and by way of counterclaim sought to recover for cost of combining and materials furnished. The court found for the plaintiffs and defendant has appealed.
