The town planning commission and Greenbrooke Homes, Inc., two of the three defendants, have appealed from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas. That court sustained an appeal by the plaintiffs from the action of the commission in amending one of the zoning regulations of the town of Manchester. The sole question before us is whether the court erred in holding that the amendment was illegal.
