This is an action for forfeiture of an offset printing press under 18 U.S.C.A. § 492. In connection with plaintiff's motion for summary judgment the following undisputed facts appear. One Libby, claimant herein, owner of the press, was convicted on his plea of guilty of violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 471 et seq.
