The City Transit Company, owner of a garage in Jonesboro, secured a jury verdict against June Staudenmayer [and her guardian, Lelia B. Staudenmayer] in the amount of $585.05, for negligently driving, or causing to be driven, an automobile through its garage door, damaging said building and some of the contents thereof. The specific allegation of negligence was:
