Becker, filed her bill of complaint in the circuit court of Wayne county to void a mortgage executed by plaintiff and her husband upon certain real estate occupied by them as their home. It appears that Paul M. Becker, husband of plaintiff, became indebted to Morgan P. Underwood in the amount of $28,817.44.
