The ultimate question on this appeal is whether the trial court was correct in its determination of the ownership of three bank accounts payable to the plaintiff's decedent or the named defendant or the survivor, and of two bank accounts payable to the plaintiff's decedent or the defendant Thomas C. Cagney or the survivor.

The finding, in so far as it is not attacked, sets forth the following facts: Thomas C. O'Connor died on December 16, 1951...
