The trustees of an alleged liquidating trust, created in 1914, were held by the Board of Tax Appeals, Carlson v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, 27 B.T.A. 93, as to the year 1925, to have been operating the trust as an association, and so to have given rise to liability on the part of the trust for income taxes in that year as a corporation.
