This appeal presents the complex aftermath of litigation in which Defense Supplies Corporation sought to recover damages from Lawrence Warehouse Company, Capitol Chevrolet Company, and two individuals, McGrew and Henry, for the negligent destruction by fire of tires stored in a warehouse.
