This is an action by landowners and their agricultural tenant against the assignee of an oil and gas lease to recover damages resulting from the alleged failure of defendant to remove all of its property and equipment from the land after abandonment of the lease.

Defendant has appealed from an order overruling its motion for judgment on the pleadings.
