This is an ejectment suit. The suit was originally instituted by Buchignani, and Robinson, Bailey and McDaniel. The declaration as originally filed contained two counts, the first count Robinson, Bailey and McDaniel sought to eject the Harris' alleging that the property which was described was theirs and they had acquired it by a certain mentioned deed.
