Daniel McCary (appellant) brought an action against Blossom Crumpton (appellee) in the nature of an action in ejectment to recover certain described real estate lying in Chilton County, Alabama. Subsequently Blossom Crumpton made a motion asking the court to transfer the cause to the equity side of the docket.
