This appeal is from a decree of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, in equity, overruling exceptions to an auditor's account in a mortgage foreclosure case and ratifying the account. It is stipulated that the decision shall also apply to another claim of the appellant in another foreclosure case where the facts are similar.
