Defendants-appellants herein are Oilfields Trucking Company and Phoenix Construction Company, two corporations, hereinafter called, respectively, Oilfields and Phoenix. They appeal from a judgment in plaintiff's favor, entered on a jury verdict, in his action to recover for personal injuries suffered in a trucking accident.
