This appeal is from a venue action in which judgment was rendered overruling a plea of privilege. The action arose out of an original suit filed in Floyd County by appellee, William H. Smith, a resident of Floyd County, against appellant George H. Robertson, a resident of Hale County and codefendants, C. C. Skaggs and Paul Garrison, both residents of Floyd County, for damages, jointly and severally, in the sum of $7,938, because of alleged negligence...
