These appeals are from judgments of the Superior Court of Baltimore City in a case, heard by the court without a jury, arising out of an attachment proceeding filed by Franklin P. Alexander and Marion C. Alexander, his wife, on July 18, 1951, upon a judgment of some $17,000 held by them against William K. and Alice C. Unger. On the same day attachments were laid in the hands of Maryland Cooperative Milk Producers...
