This is a proceeding to recover dependency compensation under the workmen's compensation act. G.L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 152, §§ 31, 32. Nicolino Cellurale was injured on March 20, 1946, as the result of an accident which arose out of and in the course of his employment by the insured.
