This is an appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas (see 69 Ohio Law Abs., 264, 121 N.E.2d 574), enjoining it at all times when the Coney Island Park and its facilities are open to the public generally, from denying to the plaintiff admission to the park and the opportunity to fully enjoy its facilities because of her race or color, or because of her membership in the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People...
