This action is for a conspiracy to interfere with civil rights, under 42 U.S. C.A. § 1985(3),1 or for the deprivation of such rights, under 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983,2 or both. The appeal is from a judgment dismissing the complaint as failing to state a claim upon which relief can be granted against any of the defendants.
