This is a bill in equity filed by the appellee, H. R. Dabbs, for the purpose of impressing a resulting trust upon a certain lot in the city of West Memphis. The appellants, Roxie Dabbs and Josephine Dabbs Kehoe, are mentally incompetent sisters of the appellee and have been represented in the case by a guardian ad litem.
