A devolutive appeal was taken by The Texas Pipe Line Company from a judgment of the district court, which granted to plaintiff a sixty-foot right-of-way during the construction of a pipe line, to revert to a thirty-foot permanent right-of-way; and awarded to Alfred M. Barbe and Lucius L. Moss the sum of $1,140 for the thirty-foot right-of-way traversing 1.114 acres and $11,250 as severance damages on Tract No. 1; and awarded to Alfred M. Barbe the...
