The matter to be decided in this cause is the subsistence vel non of an oil, gas and mineral lease.

Boston-Texas Land Trust was the owner of all the minerals in and under 22,469.4 acres of land, more or less, in Hidalgo and Starr Counties, Texas. On July 26, 1946, it conveyed by warranty deed to one Lloyd M. Bentsen one-half of all the oil, gas and other minerals in and under said land, together with the exclusive right and privilege...
