In this case the court, on February 8, 1955, rendered an opinion Ct.Cl., 128 F.Supp. 387, and entered judgment for additional interest in the amount of $3,191.76, with interest thereon, on plaintiff's motion for summary judgment, and denied defendant's motion for summary judgment.
