This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Buchanan County dismissing defendant's motion "in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis" to set aside and vacate a judgment of conviction rendered by that court in 1945 whereby defendant was sentenced to imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for a term of 18 years for the murder of one William Van Ross.
