This is a false arrest and imprisonment case. Hildred Hundley filed a complaint against Thomas Gossett, Homer Dukes, James Dukes, Arthur Bobbitt, the National Surety Company of New York and the Ohio Casualty Company, alleging false arrest and imprisonment and malicious prosecution.
