Defendant, in propria persona, on June 1, 1955, filed his notice of appeal from the above-entitled order entered on May 24, 1955, after his conviction on February 24, 1954 (by the trial court sitting without a jury) of the crime of robbery, second degree. No appeal was taken from the judgment of conviction and no motion for new trial was made at that time. He admitted three charges of prior convictions of felonies.
