This action was brought by nine members of the Miller family to recover for personal injuries sustained when the automobile in which they were riding ran off the road and struck a culvert. It was claimed the accident was caused by the negligence of defendant corporation when its trailer-truck allegedly struck the left front fender of the automobile while passing.
