This is an appeal by a transportation company from a judgment for damages due to personal injuries sustained by a seven year old girl when struck by an automobile while attempting to cross the street in front of the bus from which she had alighted at a place other than the regular stopping place for the bus, and where there was no sidewalk but a steep embankment.
