Supreme Court of Illinois.

Opinion filed September 23, 1955.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

BROWN, DASHOW & ZIEDMAN, of Chicago, (ALBERT LANGELUTTIG, and A.A. ZIEDMAN, of counsel,) for appellants.

CASSIUS A. SCRANTON, of Chicago, for appellee.

Reversed and remanded.
