GIVEN, Judge.
Leo J. Calandros, hereinafter designated as defendant, was indicted, tried and found guilty in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, of keeping and exhibiting a gaming table and having an interest in keeping or exhibiting a gaming table, commonly called a slot machine, and sentenced to three months in the jail of Jackson County and to pay a fine of $200 and costs.
