This is a proceeding brought by the District Attorney for the Parish of Orleans in which, acting in his said capacity, and under authority of LSA-R.S. 13:4711 et seq., he seeks the issuance of an injunction prohibiting the use for one year of a certain building in the City of New Orleans on the ground that prostitution is being practiced in the said building.
