FAHY, Circuit Judge.

The widow of Thomas Vendemia sued the appellees in the District Court to have set aside an order of the Deputy Commissioner of the District of Columbia Compensation District denying benefits she claimed under the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act1 by reason of her husband's death. On the record of proceedings before the Deputy Commissioner the court gave summary judgment for appellees.
